The sweets and pastries you see on display in fancy tea rooms may look complicated, but you can learn how to make them in this private class. Choose a handful of items that you want to make and create them, using a recipe book that is yours to keep. Afterward, sit down in the tea rooms to enjoy the result of your work, accompanied with a pot of tea.

What To Expect
Travelers will choose 4 – 5 items of their choice (all students make the same items) to make in 3 hours.
From 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. we will make these items, students will be provided with a recipe book to take notes on and then take with them. All ingredients are supplied. All levels of kitchen experience are accepted.
Upon completion of these items the traveler/student will sit in our Tea Room with a pot of tea (their choice from our 30 flavors) and enjoy the fruits of their morning!
