There's many touristy areas that people go to in Colorado that are great but its good to see some places that are more off the beaten path. Here you can see three beautiful lakes on a hike that's not that difficult.

What To Expect
We'll meet in Denver and go about an hour and a half to three different alpine lakes. The hike to the top is less then 4 miles (2 up and 2 down) with spectacular views below of the lakes. It takes about 3 hours to do the whole the thing and then we come back to Denver. I have hiking poles you can use.
In the winter I have snow shoes and micro spikes you can use. It takes about 4 hours instead of 3 because of the snow and because we can't park at the upper lot. We have to park at the lower lot and that adds an extra 25 minutes up and down.
